Eviction Management (If Needed)

Fees

Our fee is 10% of the gross monies collected and the leasing fee of one month’s rent upon execution of an original lease, $100 for renewal of lease.

Don’t want full Management, ask us about our leasing service where we secure a tenant for you. This includes pictures, advertising, showings and all lease paperwork, then we turn them over to you. The fee for finding a tenant is one month’s rent.
